Proficiency : Good stroke foundation

Session length: 30 – 45 min
Correct gala etiquette and competitive elements are introduced to all our swimmers as early as possible.
A major focus is placed on correct technique as well as a continued enjoyment of the sport.

Competing in monthly CTMA galas

Session length: 45 min – 2 hour
The fundamentals of competitive swimming are taught, including starts, correct turns and further important competitive aspects.
Swimmers are introduced to working with pace clocks and timed sets.
Focus is on continued stroke mechanics and increase in more specialized skills training. Building a capacity to train.

Proficiency: Competing at the highest Age Group level

Session length: 1 – 2 1/2 hours
Focusing on performance and intensive training.
These swimmers are all fully committed to their sport and compete at local, provincial and national level competitions.
